Marco Guazzini was born in Florence. After living for six years in New York he moved to Milan and dedicated himself to design. He graduated in Industrial Design at IED in Milan and started working in different design fields from interior to furniture and later on to objects. In 2006 he participated at the Fuori Salone of Zona Tortona with "Action Group", a group of Japanese and Italian designers. From 2007 until 2011 he taught at NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan. In 2011 Cristalplant Design Contest + MDF , awarded him and his colleague Tsukasa Goto, a special mention prize for the project Fua Fua. In the same year the company Officinanove produces the modular system "Mademoiselles", designed in collaboration with Tsukasa Goto, which was presented at Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milano Rho Fair.
