Pimar Art will be present at the XXV edition of Salone Internazionale del Restauro, dei Musei e delle Imprese Culturali, from 21st to 23rd March 2018 in Ferrara.
Leader in the extraction and processing of limestone, thanks to the traditional support of stone masons and specialised technicians, Pimar is at the forefront in the field of the methodologies applied to the restoration of monuments, using sophisticated robotic systems and a research and development laboratory involved in the optimization of 3D laser scanner and Cad-Cam procedures for the conservation and safeguarding of the protected goods.
Pimar Art offers technical assistance and specialized consultancy in all phases of the design and provides validated solutions in the field of monumental restoration with interventions of integration, replacement or reconstruction of architectural and sculptural elements.
Among interventions in the archaeological field, in addition to the anastylosis of Tempio Romano at Valle dei Templi of Agrigento, Pimar presented a project for a “via colonnata” of Roman age in the city of Kos, in Greece.
Pimar Art has collaborated with the DICAR department of Politecnico di Bari to evaluate the feasibility, considering the complexity of the architectural elements and decorations.
